TAGS, TAGS, and more TAGS! Now, 2021 SIDGS Women’s tags!
SIDGS is happy to announce the first run of 2021 WOMEN’S SIDGS tags. In an effort to promote and grow the sport, these tags are meant to foster community as well as competitive play in the women’s disc golf community on Vancouver Island and the surrounding areas.
SIDGS promotes these women’s tags in addition to our general (for all!) SIDGS tags. They are available to all women (cis and trans), as well as folks who are non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid. They are meant to foster community and are for women of all ages, ability, and across all levels of play!
We hope you wear the tag on your bag with SIDGS pride!
DETAILS:
To get a women’s tag you must first be a member of SIDGS, which comes with an automatic general SIDGS 2021 tag and a women’s tag. Standard membership is $20.00.
After those first 25, we’ll make another announcement and provide more details then.
If you are a member of a neighbouring disc golf club (e.g., Nanaimo, Campbell River, Salt Spring Island, or a club from the mainland), you can purchase just a 2021 SIDGS Women’s tag and join the women’s community! We hope to promote women’s disc golf in all of BC, and hope these tags connect players from all over!
