South Island Disc Golf Society and Saanich Parks & Recreation are excited to present a Disc Golf Pop-up at Lambrick Park on February 4. Join society members near the Lacrosse Box between 11am and 4pm to play an 18 hole layout around the sports fields. All ages and skill levels are welcome and we will have some loaner discs on hand if you want to try disc golf for the first time.

Bag Tags Kickoff Event
For current South Island Disc Golf Society members join us at the pop-up on February 4 and score your round on UDISC for 2023 Bag Tag distribution. Check in at the SIDGS tent before you play to make sure you have the correct UDISC event, please tee off by 2:30pm.
- Purchase or renew your SIDGS membership for 2023.
- Play a round of 18 holes at the Lambrick Park Pop-up on Feb. 4
- Record your round on the UDISC event. (SIDGS – Tag Rollout 2023).
- Stick around until 4:00pm to get up your 2023 SIDGS tag in order of how you finished.

Where do I find the UDISC information?
Open UDISC and go the bottom Events tab, then search for SIDGS – Tag Rollout 2023.
Can I pay for a membership the day of by cash?
No, please pay online. It helps us keep track for our book keeping 
Where do I pick up my tag?
After the event is finished SIDGS will hand out the tags in order of placement once players have completed their rounds (roughly 4pm). Tags for those who participate in the kickoff will be available in order of how each person finished starting at #1.
I can’t make the Feb. 4 event?
We will be handing out the remaining tags after Feb 4. Order will be first come first serve starting with the next number after the kickoff scores have been allocated. Please note we will not be leaving tags at Mary’s Farm for pick up as we don’t want farm staff to have to deal with this.
If you can’ t play at Lambrick Park on Feb. 4 but you want to stop by and grab the next tag in line please stop by the SIDGS tent after 2:30pm to get the next in line after those who are playing in the event. You could also designate a friend to grab you a tag.
As a member you get a tag if you want it. Use the contact page and after Feb. 4 and the SIDGS Tag coordinator will mail or coordinate a pick up the next number in line.
What about ties in score?
All players tied at a certain number will be shuffled and assigned randomly within that section of tags. For example if 8 people shoot -5 and all sit in 4th place, the tags from #4 through #11 will be drawn randomly.
Can I play two rounds and choose my best score?
No. Please just post one score on UDisc in the event. If we find that two scores are posted your first entry will be used. Of course, you are welcome to play more than one round in the day, just only one formal round to be scored on UDISC for tags.
