Mary's Farm Women's Summer Club banner

The Mary’s Farm Women’s Summer Club is a casual, non-scoring club that runs bi-weekly from mid-April – August 2022 on Thursday evenings. This is an inclusive summer club and a queer positive space. We welcome all. Join us every second Thursday from 6-8 pm, gates at 5:30.

Drop-in is $5 but we are pre-selling summer club “punch cards” for 10 rounds of golf. Punch cards are $25.

Join us each week for some fun golf and prizes. If, by the end of the summer club, you have at least 7/10 rounds punched on your prepaid league card, your name will be entered into a special draw for a big prize!

$25 with Summer Club in the subject line. We will have one ready for you on your first round!

What if I don’t want to pre-pay? That’s fine! You can still come out to club nights and join us! Bring a friend! Bring two! The more the merrier. If you are dropping-in please pay the $5 donation to the farm.

What if I don’t have discs?  No worries! We will have loaner discs available for you to use.

What is the skill level of this club? This is a club for people of all levels. From complete beginners and first-time disc throwers, recreational players, to more serious players as well. All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged!

What if I’ve never played before? No problem at all! We have all been there! We’re excited to show you around.

Short or long tee pads? Mary’s Farm Disc Golf has options for a short or long layout. It’s up to you. Each night will have someone on hand to facilitate a round from the shorter red tees or possibly a modified layout of both short and long holes. Usually there are enough people to also have a group playing the longer tee pads.

What will I need to play? We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in, sturdy shoes such as runners, sneakers, or hiking boots/shoes. 1-2 discs, but we have some loaner discs if you do not have any.

Where do we meet? Meet at the warm up baskets near the second parking lot and we will organize cards.

What about bad weather or cancellations? If we need to cancel for any reason please check the South Island Disc Golf Facebook page. We will try to give as much notice if we can.

Respect the farm. It is important that we respect the farm and all the animals. Don’t forget to pay your drop in donation. No interacting with the animals. Leave no garbage behind. Please check the current Facebook information for updates and guidelines from the farm
